Bio

Hip Hop Hooray brings old-school ’80s and ’90s hip hop from Dallas, featuring three triple-threat dancer/singer/rappers: Flava J, X-man, and PBL (Pretty Boy Lou). The lineup also includes Bad Katz on Rhythm & Bruise, with Big Daddy on drums and B-Mo-EZ on bass and guitar. Flava J, X-man, and PBL each bring a distinct performance style, from Flava J’s timing to X-man’s moves and PBL’s swagger.
